Orders and Shipping

Product Delivery

Purchased products are delivered by courier to the address provided by the user when completing the online order. The user is solely responsible for the delivery address provided. Any specific delivery requirements must be communicated to MICUCCI MILANO by the user. In the event of delivery issues due to force majeure, MICUCCI MILANO will contact the user via email to inform them of the delivery delay or any other complications. MICUCCI MILANO cannot be held liable for delays and/or issues caused by third parties and/or force majeure.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary and are calculated by our couriers based on the destination country provided by the user. The user will be able to clearly view the amount added to the product price during the checkout process.

Please review this information, as it forms an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

MICUCCI MILANO exclusively uses DHL as its courier for both domestic and international deliveries.

If the delivery fails because the courier is unable to find anyone at the delivery address or for other reasons, the purchased products will be stored at the courier's warehouse. The user will be notified as soon as possible of the rescheduled delivery.

At the end of the storage period, if the courier is unable to deliver the products to the address specified in the order, the products will be returned to MICUCCI MILANO, and the contract will be considered terminated. The courier may charge the user a daily flat-rate storage fee during this time.

In such cases, MICUCCI MILANO will refund the amount paid by the user for the product, excluding delivery and storage costs, or will send a new product to the user.

Receiving the Package

When the courier delivers the package, the user must check the package's integrity and compliance with standard packaging conditions before accepting it.

Any issues must be immediately reported to the courier. If no complaints are made, the product is considered correctly delivered.

If the package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, the user can:

Accept with reservation: Accept the package but write “Accepted with reservation” before signing the delivery receipt. This allows the user to be immediately compensated in the event of damages found after opening the package.

Refuse delivery: Reject the package if it appears tampered with.

If the user does not take these steps, MICUCCI MILANO will consider the package correctly delivered

Returns and Refunds


Legal Warranty of Conformity and Defective Products

Products sold on the website www.micuccimilano.com are covered by the Legal Warranty of Conformity provided for by Articles 128 – 135 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005). This warranty is reserved for consumers (users).

Product images and colors published on the website may differ from the actual products due to local settings of the systems and/or tools used for their display. MICUCCI MILANO is not responsible for discrepancies between the product published on the website and the product ordered, if such discrepancies are due to errors in the product description attributable to the supplier and of which MICUCCI MILANO was unaware and could not have known through the exercise of ordinary diligence.

MICUCCI MILANO is responsible to the user for any lack of conformity that exists at the time the product is delivered. The defect must be reported to MICUCCI MILANO, under penalty of forfeiture of the warranty, within two months from the date it was discovered, by sending an email to the following address: info@micuccimilano.com.

In the event of a lack of conformity of the products purchased compared to what was published on the website, the user is entitled to have the product repaired or replaced at no additional cost, where possible based on the availability of the products and provided that repair or replacement is not excessively burdensome for MICUCCI MILANO in relation to the value of the product and in the absence of a lack of conformity. Alternatively, the user is entitled to a termination of the contract or a price reduction.

To benefit from the Legal Warranty of Conformity, the user must provide proof of the purchase date and the actual delivery of the goods. Products that have been repaired, modified, or altered in any way by the user are excluded from the Legal Warranty.

Products purchased on the website are subject to the regulations governing the sale of consumer goods.

Right of Withdrawal

The user has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005. Specifically, the user may withdraw from any contract concluded with MICUCCI MILANO, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products purchased on our website (as provided by Directive 2011/83/EU and Legislative Decree no. 21 of February 21, 2014).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must send an email to: info@micuccimilano.com, indicating their personal details (name, surname, address, email), the purchased product, and the order identification number, within 14 days from the receipt of the purchased products. The user must also indicate the bank details for the refund, if different from those provided during the purchase. We will send the user a confirmation email, which must be printed and included in the return package.

The user must then send back the products, using a courier of their choice and at their own expense, no later than 14 working days from the date of sending the withdrawal notice. The products must be properly packaged in their original packaging and include any accessories. A copy of our return confirmation must be enclosed in the package.

Please note that, under Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the deadline is met if the user ships the products before the expiration of the 14-day period.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the provisions set out in this clause, MICUCCI MILANO is required to refund the amounts paid by the user. MICUCCI MILANO will initiate the refund process for the cost of the returned goods (excluding packaging and shipping costs, which equal 15% of the amount paid by the customer) within 14 (fourteen) days from the date it becomes aware of the withdrawal. However, MICUCCI MILANO reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned product is received and checked for integrity.

Refunds will be issued via the credit card used for payment or by bank transfer to the account indicated by the user.
MICUCCI MILANO reserves the right not to accept returned products that are not intact or have been used, washed, or altered in any way. MICUCCI MILANO may also reject any product returned in ways other than those specified above. If the return is not accepted, we will contact the user and explain the reasons.

Pursuant to Article 55 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005), users may not exercise the right of withdrawal for the purchase of customized products.
